Who Are We?
Victor Valley Property Center is your premier Real Estate office of the High Desert. Established in 1972 by Carl VanBurger, our roots are firmly planted in the heart of this wonderfully blossoming area. The passing years have proved that the only thing that is certain is change. One of the only things that hasn’t changed much over time is our team members. The majority of our agents have worked at our current location for 10+ years. We have had a major hand in the development of not only this community, but the outlying areas as well. With a tight-knit family like team of 16 agents, we have been able to not only succeed but supersede the competition due to the extensive knowledge, experience and contacts of our staff.
As we are sure you know, technology plays a big role in today’s business world. We here at Victor Valley Property Center have kept in step with this forward movement and utilize all the latest capabilities to research and market our properties. Our website receives a minimum of 300 new visits each month and we appear on all of the most popular search engines. This list consists of such names as Yahoo, MSN, Google, AOL, Excite, Ask Jeeves, and Netscape, just to name a few. Our website also advertises on a few other sites to expand your properties presence to prospective buyers from coast to coast. We use the local Multiple Listing Service as a way to instantly place your property on the front page of all our local affiliates.
Our total sales as reported by the MLS as of November 2006 are at 124 transactions. These have generated a cumulative sales volume of a whopping $25,156,200.00! This does not count the out of area sales that are not registered on the local MLS. We have team members who specialize in all of the following areas: Vacant land/lots, Commercial/ industrial, Business opportunities, Residential, Condo/townhouses, Income/multi-family, and even Mobile homes in parks. Our office is located on the high profile corridor of Highway 18 which keeps us visible and easily accessible to buyers. We are open 7 days a week and a person, not a recorder, always answers the phone. We have many repeat clients who have trusted in our experience over the years.
